Compression that doesn’t feel like punishment
Most compression socks fail in the same way: they’re either too tight in the wrong places (digging, itching, rolling) or they’re so soft they don’t hold shape.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
Are these considered medical-grade compression stockings?
Are these considered medical-grade compression stockings?
DayFlow™ socks are designed as a lifestyle and wellness support tool, not a prescription medical device. They provide moderate, graduated compression (comparable to the 15–20 mmHg range) intended for everyday comfort, support, and fatigue reduction during work, travel, and daily activities. If you have a specific medical condition (such as DVT, severe edema, or circulatory disorders), please consult a healthcare professional before using compression wear.
What compression level are they?
What compression level are they?
DayFlow™ socks provide moderate, graduated compression in the 15–20 mmHg range, commonly used for everyday support, long shifts, desk work, and travel. This level is designed to feel supportive without the tight, restrictive sensation of medical-grade stockings.
Will these fit if I have wide calves?
Will these fit if I have wide calves?
Yes. This is exactly why we built the RealFit™ sizing system. Unlike standard socks that assume narrow calves, our sizing accounts for both shoe size and calf circumference to help prevent digging, rolling, or a “tourniquet” feeling at the top band. Please use the Size Chart above to find your best fit.
Can I wear them all day long?
Can I wear them all day long?
Yes. DayFlow™ socks are engineered for shift-length wear, meaning 12+ hours is completely fine. The breathable DayFlow weave helps regulate temperature so your legs stay comfortable throughout long days on your feet or sitting for extended periods. We recommend putting them on in the morning before swelling starts and taking them off when you wind down for the night.
Can I sleep in them?
Can I sleep in them?
We generally recommend removing them before sleeping unless a healthcare professional has specifically advised otherwise. When you are lying down, gravity is no longer pulling fluid toward your feet, so compression is usually unnecessary and your skin benefits from a break.
How do I wash them to keep the elasticity?
How do I wash them to keep the elasticity?
To keep the compression feeling supportive for as long as possible, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Air drying is preferred, but tumble drying on low heat is acceptable. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as these can damage elastic fibers over time.
What if the fit doesn’t feel right?
What if the fit doesn’t feel right?
Buying compression online can be tricky, and we understand that. If the fit feels too tight or too loose, simply contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. We’ll help you swap for the correct size or guide you through the return process. Our goal is comfort, not stress.
